3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business details, documents, product information, platform access, brand assets, content approvals and payment information required for service delivery.
4. Marketplace Decisions
Marketplace approval, account actions, listing visibility, ad results, sales performance, policy enforcement and final platform decisions are controlled by respective marketplaces and cannot be guaranteed by BDS Services.
5. Website Development
Website timelines depend on content, assets, approvals, domain/hosting access and feature requirements. Additional features outside agreed scope may require additional charges.
6. Payments & Refunds
Fees, milestones, payment terms and refund conditions are governed by the proposal, invoice, service agreement or written communication agreed with the client.
7. Intellectual Property
Client-provided logos, product images, brand assets and content remain the client’s responsibility. Final website or creative ownership is transferred according to agreed payment and project terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
BDS Services is not liable for indirect losses, marketplace suspensions due to policy violations by sellers, third-party downtime, ad spend losses, courier delays, payment gateway issues or platform-side changes.
